KONE FCU 0796 static light curtain for KONE AMD (Advanced Modular Door) landing and car doors. Transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) pair that detects passengers and objects in the door opening and reopens the doors. Static type per EN 81-20.

Fits KONE elevators with AMD door operators. Replacement for the original KONE light curtain KM51184565.

The same FCU 0796 transmitter and receiver bars are sold by KONE under four numbers: KM51161816 (original number), KM51184564 (its successor, delivered with the 9 mm edge holder set), KM51184565 (bar pair) and KM51184830 (discontinued). The bars are identical across all four. The number only selects the mounting bracket variant FI09, FI10, FI11 or FI12 shown on the KONE installation sheet, so check which bracket the door needs.

Specification from the KONE sheet: 96 infra-red beams, detection range 0.8 to 3.0 m, supply 18 to 30 V DC, open-collector NPN output, two 2.7 m cables, anodised aluminium housing, connects directly to AMD and ADV door operators. Approvals cULus, CE, UKCA, EN81-20.
