2N EasyGate IP+ 4G VoLTE/VoIP lift gateway (EU/UK)

The 2N EasyGate IP+ is the extended version of the 2N EasyGate IP. It is an LTE/VoIP gateway for emergency communication between the lift car and the call centre, and it adds the interfaces needed to connect the lift controller directly: three Ethernet ports, RS232, RS485 and CAN bus. Remote diagnostics, monitoring and control work without any additional module.

Analogue lift emergency phones (for example 2N Lift1) connect to the FXS port and are carried over 4G VoLTE or SIP. DTMF is transmitted over SIP, so lift identification stays reliable where mobile networks distort analogue tones. The gateway complies with current cybersecurity standards and can be managed remotely through 2N Elevator Center.

EasyGate IP+ or EasyGate IP? The difference is on the back

The standard 2N EasyGate IP (5023001E) has no Ethernet port: it carries the emergency call over the mobile network only and is configured over USB. The EasyGate IP+ (5025101E) adds three RJ-45 Ethernet ports plus RS485 and CAN bus for the lift controller and the building network. See the rear-view photo.

Choose the IP+ when the gateway must connect to the lift controller over Ethernet, RS485 or CAN, or use a wired internet connection in the shaft. Choose the standard EasyGate IP for a mobile-only emergency line.
