KONE FCU 0740 Slimscreen light curtain for KONE AMD (Advanced Modular Door) landing and car doors. Transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) bar pair with 40 non-focused infra-red beams in an interleaved diagonal scan, 2D detection. Compliance EN81-1.

KM897294 is KONE's original number for this curtain, later superseded by KM50074560. The bars are unchanged; the newer number is delivered with the 9 mm edge holder set. This listing supplies the TX/RX bar pair as KM50074560; holder brackets are not included. Not to be confused with KM273449, which is the shorter FCU 0735 with 35 beams.

Specification from the Formula Systems data sheet: unit size 9 x 26.5 x 2010 mm, 40 beams from 18 sensors at 106 mm spacing, detection range 1.0 to 3.0 m, supply 24 V DC (18 to 30 V), current under 100 mA for both units, NPN output, response time under 100 ms, IP54, anodised aluminium housing, 2.7 m cable per unit, operating temperature -20 to +70 C.
