Intel Xeon E5-2698 v4 server processor, used and pulled from working equipment. 20 cores with a 2.2 GHz base clock, Broadwell-EP generation, in the LGA 2011-3 package.

Fits single- and dual-socket LGA 2011-3 server boards, including Dell PowerEdge R630 and R730, HPE ProLiant Gen9, Supermicro X10 and Lenovo System x3650 M5. A Xeon E5 v4 processor needs a BIOS release that supports v4; update the board firmware to a v4-capable version before fitting.
